A valuation (independent or not) of a business provides the business owner with answers to the questions they often need to ask about the value of that business. This may be a valuation in preparation of possible sale or purchase and your circumstances will determine if the valuation is to be independent or not. An independent valuation is prepared in line with different standards and than an appraisal valuation.
We are trained and experienced in business valuations and are able to provide you with simple guidelines and formulae for evaluating the worth of a business. If the valuation is an independent valuation and performed to different criteria and standards we are also able to appear in court and in arbitration as expert witnesses in relation to our work.
