A professional practice is reliant on its high quality and supportive staff. At Sadler Oakly Newman there are three key senior staff who are also MYOB approved business product installers and trainers. Rebecca Schofield CA (Director), David Castles ACA and Fiona Cameron AT are highly skilled in the MYOB Business Product area and service many clients in this area. They are the key senior management support group to the directors. They all have long associations with the district and the firm. Technology is a key focus at Sadler Oakly Newman with all the staff and directors having access to key software, the internet and up-to-date systems that create a high quality product and outcomes for clients.

	David Castles ACA Associate David joined the firm in 1986 after leaving Kuranui College in Greytown. He studied part time at the Wairarapa Polytechnic and qualified with a NZ Diploma in Business Studies in 1996. He has been a member of NZICA since 1997 and was admitted in 2008 to the Associated Chartered Accountant College when this was reopened by the Institute. David has a high professional and ethical standing, skills in business and taxation advisory, business software and practical knowledge to help our diverse clientele.	Fiona Cameron AT Fiona has worked since leaving school in public practice firms in the Wairarapa. She joined Sadler Oakly Newman in 1998 having recently qualified as an Accounting Technician and a member of the Institute. Fiona is one of our MYOB approved training and installation consultants and works on a full range of clients solving their accounting software problems, assisting with their general day to day accounting issues and annual accounting and taxation compliance matters.
