Allan Newman FCA Allan Newman has a background that commenced in the NZ Guardian Trust. He commenced public practice in 1982 and has specialised in trust administration that reflects the experience gained in the Guardian, and developed an expertise in large commercial businesses, small business consultancy, farming, succession planning, business rearrangements, school accounting and auditing. Allan is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, and in 2009 was also appointed Director of the Institute.	Leanne Southey BBS, CA Leanne Southey has worked for the practice since 1989 and was appointed a partner on Alan Sadler’s retirement. Leanne completed a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Accounting and Finance in 1985, from Massey University, and she then spent several years with an international accountancy practice. Speciality interests include farm accounting, taxation research and advice, company and trust structures..	Rebecca Schofield BBS CA Rebecca began at Sadler Oakly Newman in 1997 where she spent two years working full time and studying. Rebecca finished her BBS degree at Massey University Albany. She returned to Masterton in 2001 rejoining the firm and gaining full Institute membership in 2006. Having grown up on a sheep and beef farm in Taranaki Rebecca has a vast understanding of farming. She has developed skills working with clients to grow their business and enjoys the relationship this forges with clients.
